Our minimum order on screen printed stickers is 100 per design. Our prices are calculated on 1000 being the best value. With all orders the larger the amount printed the cheaper the cost per unit will become. For more than 1000 please email us for a custom quote.

Although we aim to be as accurate as possible please bare in mind all stickers are screen printed and cut by hand, therefor the sizing could be slightly different, (we  aim for 0.5mm accuracy) and please avoid any lines in your artwork under 1mm thick.

We aim to have your stickers posted out within 5 working days after receiving payment and your final artwork is agreed.

You must send your artwork via email to hello@thebench504.com at 300dpi, A single layer PDF or JPG is preferred  but we do accept PSD, PDF and AI

If you need help with artwork send us an email and we will see what we can do, please bare in mind that artwork takes us time so can only spend large amounts of time on artwork once payment has been made.

All orders will be sent via DHL with 24 hour tracking, for orders in the UK this will cost £6.50

You can exchange an item for any reason for an alternative product within 7 days of the original purchase, or we can give you a total refund on your purchase (IMPORTANT THE REFUND WILL BE FOR THE GOODS THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED, SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED).

Just return the item to us as new (Important the item must be unused and in its original condition) in its original packaging, labels and the receipt. All the Shipping charges for the return of the goods will be paid by you.
In the unlikely event that the item is sub standard or we have sent you the wrong product, you can return the item with a written description of the fault in the original packaging, labelling and with the receipt and we will send you a full refund or replacement within 30 days. The Bench 504 will only pay the shipping charges for the return of faulty or incorrect goods.

We accept PayPal & Stripe via thebench504.com You can also use debit or credit cards via either of these payment methods.

When your order is shipped out: you will receive your Track and Trace information. Allow a few hours and your Track and Trace information will be traceable online, normally after the driver has collected and the label has been scanned for the first time.

Sign for delivery or leave specific instructions for our delivery service.

All deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. If you choose to leave other delivery notes, these usually can be followed, but no warranty can be given if used irresponsibly!

Paint is shipped via DHL with 24 hour tracking at the cost of £6.50

Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page. All order containing Aerosols must be shipped by Courier and will therefore incur a minimum postage charge of £6.50

You are paying these costs for our shipping-service and the courier that will carry your package to the doorstep. All packages are shipped with full Track & Trace information.

UK orders placed before 12pm for will be sent out the same day. The next day delivery service costs you no extra but is not available on all post codes, on some extreme occasions can take up to two weeks, but that’s the exception to the rule. We highly recommend that if your order has not arrived with in 5 days of placing your order that you email hello@thebench504.com
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service on paint. UK orders processed on a Friday  after 12pm will be sent out on the following Working day in most cases.(we do not ship on a Saturday or Sunday)

Once you will get the e-mail with the track and trace information you can make a calculation when your order will arrive!

If you are not at home during the delivery, you will find a note of the delivery attempt from the courier. On the note you will find detailed instructions when the next delivery will be made.  You can also change your delivery time via the tracking email you were sent. In some countries you can contact the courier to make an appointment for the next delivery.

Very occasionally, packages do get lost in transit or delayed by the courier service. If this happens and the error can be traced to us we will replace your order at no charge to you. However, if your package has been delivered to you and signed for at the specified delivery address, The Bench 504 cannot be held responsible and will not replace the items. If you think your parcel should already be with you please email a copy of your receipt to hello@thebench504.com Emailing without a copy of your receipt or from a different email address will only further your delay tracing on our part.
